The company is led by Gaefele Treasure Meko. Gae is a passionate professional,  strategic implementer, and transformational servant leader who came to  Gauteng to raise tertiary funds, study, work hard and make an impact.

She holds the following qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Cum  Laude, Diploma in Project Management, Degree in Business Information Technology, and Diploma in Information Technology-Software Development. She also has Robotic  Process Automation Certificate, Business Analysis for Robotic Process Automation  Diploma, recent Agile and 4IR Certificates, and is busy with her 4IR Doctoral Degree.

She was with Accenture for 7 years and with Ernst & Young for about 2 years where she left as an Associate Director to grow her business. She has over 5  years of running a business. Her experience with both local and global clients includes IT Consulting, Software Development, Business Analysis, Digital  Transformation, and Automation, Digital Process Re/Engineering, Robotics  Process Automation, AI, Project Management, Strategy, Change Management,  Employee Engagement, Organisational Development, Wellness, and CSI.

She is a local and international part-time lecturer and has thorough Consulting experience across various industries including  Telecoms, Government,  Resources, and Banking. She is highly skilled in strategy, leading digital transformation, and intelligent automation implementations, assessing organizational processes, and assessing which technologies will enhance their shareholder value through process efficiencies.

Gae led many projects including CSI, Wellness, OD, and Employee Engagement for one of the Top 4 Professional Services Firms across Africa. She was praised for being a phenomenal and resilient leader, who came in and successfully strategized, built, and grew this space, managed different projects, and implemented initiatives that employees loved and resonated with. Employee engagement reached over 80% for the first time under her leadership. She is also an eloquent speaker, coach, and proud philanthropist.

She works with a diverse team that has over 40 years of experience combined.

Projects have been done with great companies including Mzesi Energy, Gaze Corporation, Ernst & Young (EY), TNT Group, Vodacom, 2U and SoluGrowth. Achievements include:

  • Successful delivery in digital transformation solution development including Business Process Re/Engineering, Process Improvement, Data & Analytics, Automation, and strategic projects.
  • Successful relationship building at any level and being able to open opportunities, even with challenging.
  • Passionately leading a Telco’s Digital Process Reengineering/ RPA Project, being noted as instrumental to benefits realization of over R150M Savings and other key benefits in less than 6 months, performing both technical and leadership roles.

  • Creating implementable strategies leading to cost optimisation, operational efficiency, business transformation, engaged organisation and value realisation.
